Arganöl Argand'Or Klassik Premium (Gourmet-Speiseöl) - geröstet - 250ml

 Die schonende Röstung der Mandeln sorgt für einen sehr milden, nussigen Geschmack.

Zum Verfeinern von Salaten, Marinaden, Sauce, Pasta, Fisch- und Fleischgerichten. Schon wenige Tropfen genügen, um den Speisen ein einzigartiges fein-nussiges Aroma zu geben. 

Handgepresstes Arganöl kann den Cholesterinspiegel und das Immunsystem positiv beeinflussen. Reich an Vitamin E, natürlichen Antioxidantien und pflanzlichen Phytosterolen.

Der Arganbaum (Argania Spinosa) zählt mit 25 Millionen Jahren zu den ältesten Baumarten der Welt und wächst heute nur noch im Südwesten Marokkos. Aus seinen mandelartigen Samen wird in einem aufwändigen Verfahren Arganöl gewonnen. 30-40 kg Arganfrüchte und über 10 Stunden Arbeit werden benötigt, um einen Liter handgepresstes Öl herzustellen.


Dieses zeichnet sich durch seinen fein-nussigen Geschmack aus und sorgt auch bei sparsamer Dosierung für einzigartigen Genuss. Das Bio-Arganöl enthält über 80% ungesättigte Fettsäuren, verfügtüber einen hohen Anteil an Vitamin E sowie Omega-3- und Omega-6-Fettsäuren und gilt daher als besonders gesund.
