Deortegas FRANTOIO, blumig frisches Olivenöl höchster Güteklasse aus biologischem Anbau.

 

Eine leicht blumige Sorte, aufgewertet durch anregende Zitrusaromen, mit Akzenten von grünem Gras und Banane.
Am Gaumen leicht und ausladend mit sanft ansteigenden Fruchtnoten und einem fast tropischen Touch.

Wir empfehlen, diese Sorte frisch zu verwenden, um Salaten, Tapas und Beilagen das gewisse Etwas zu verleihen.
Experimentieren Sie damit, Sie werden nicht enttäuscht sein.

 

DEORTEGAS-Öl wird von einer Bauernfamilie mit langjähriger Erfahrung im ökologischen Landbau hergestellt. Seine Olivenbäume werden seit über 15 Jahren in den Trockenanbaugebieten Els Charquillos und Foia Bella nach traditioneller Methode angebaut, mit Plantagen von 60 bis 90 Bäumen / Hektar der Sorten Arbequina, Picual, Cornicabra, Hojiblanca und Frantoio.

Deortegas natives Olivenöl extra wird aus 100% biologischen Kulturen hergestellt. Sie alle verfügen über einen großen Nuancenreichtum und ein ausgewogenes Verhältnis zwischen Bitterkeit und Würze, mit Säuregehalten unter 0,1%.
